Personal data processing

The administration of covcheg.com does not collect, record, organize, accumulate, store, update, retrieve, use, or transfer users' personal data. No personal-data information systems or databases of users are created or maintained.

1. General

1.1. This document is prepared in accordance with the data-protection legislation applicable to citizens of the Russian Federation (Federal Law No. 152-FZ, including the amendments effective from 1 July 2025).

1.2. Using the Site requires no registration and no provision of personal data. The Site has no feedback or order forms that store personal data.

2. Personal Data Is Not Processed

2.1. The Administration does not process users' personal data: it does not collect, record, store, use, or transfer name, address, phone number, email, payment or any other data.

2.2. The Site is browsed anonymously.

3. Data Localization Compliance (152-FZ, amendments effective 01.07.2025)

3.1. From 1 July 2025, the law prohibits collecting and storing the personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation using databases located outside the territory of the Russian Federation.

3.2. Since the Administration neither collects nor stores personal data and maintains no personal-data databases, this requirement is fully observed. No cross-border transfer of personal data is carried out.

4. Payments and Support

4.1. Payment is carried out on the side of external payment systems (Digiseller / oplata.info and others), which are independent operators. The Administration does not receive or store payers' payment or other personal data.

4.2. Support requests are handled via external services; information provided voluntarily is used solely to answer the request and is not stored systematically.

5. Cookies and Anonymized Statistics

5.1. The Site uses cookies and an anonymized web-analytics service (Yandex.Metrica) whose servers are located on the territory of the Russian Federation. The anonymized technical data processed cannot be used to identify any individual user.

6. Sharing with third parties

6.1. Users' personal data is not shared with third parties, as the Administration neither collects nor stores it.
