3. Data Localization Compliance (152-FZ, amendments effective 01.07.2025)

3.1. From 1 July 2025, the law establishes a direct prohibition on collecting, recording, accumulating, storing, updating, modifying and retrieving the personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation using databases located outside the territory of the Russian Federation.

3.2. Since the Administration neither collects nor stores users' personal data and maintains no personal-data databases, this requirement is fully observed: personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation is neither collected nor stored in databases located outside the Russian Federation.

3.3. No cross-border transfer of users' personal data is carried out.

4. Payments and Support

4.1. Order placement and payment are carried out on the side of external payment systems (Digiseller / oplata.info and others), which are independent operators. The Administration does not receive, process, or store payers' payment or other personal data.

4.2. Support is provided via external services (Telegram, VK, Discord, email). Information provided voluntarily is used solely to answer the inquiry and is not stored systematically.

5. Cookies and Anonymized Statistics

5.1. The Site uses cookies necessary for correct operation and an anonymized web-analytics service (Yandex.Metrica) that processes anonymized technical data in aggregate form and cannot be used to identify any individual user.

5.2. The servers of the Yandex.Metrica service are located on the territory of the Russian Federation, which complies with the localization requirement. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

6. No Sharing

6.1. The Administration does not sell, share, or distribute users' personal data, as it neither collects nor stores it.

7. Your rights

7.1. As personal data is neither collected nor stored, requests for its rectification, blocking, or deletion are generally not applicable.
